Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly. Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
