We are looking for excellent candidates to start with us immediately at our location in Joliet, IL. We have Forklift Operator/Reach Truck positions and Packager positions open that start at $20.00-$21.50 an hour. Prior stand up, sit down, or stand up reach truck experience is required for Forklift operator roles. Shifts: 1st Shift Schedule: 6:00am to 3:00pm. 3rd Shift Schedule: 10:00pm - 6:30am. Duties: Pick or put away boxes from cages into racks (VNA) Maintain cherry picker equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. On a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards Pull and prepare products for shipment Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; or at least one year of related experience and/or training Be okay with heights, the equipment you will be using will have you strapped in and elevated Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies Will be required to wear steel toed shoes or steel toed boots Reach Truck and/or forklift experience is preferred Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Able to Lift 50 pounds. Work Location: SMX at Joliet, Joliet, IL 60431. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $21.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
