The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered business communication and automation systems. Role: Junior Gen AI EngineerLocation: South Plainfield, NJ (Onsite)Position: FulltimeBenefits: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision InsuranceKey Responsibilities Assist in development of Gen AI and Agentic AI systems Build and support AI agents and workflow automation systems Develop speech-to-speech and speech-to-text AI pipelines Work on AI voice agents and conversational AI systems Support development of AI image generation and video generation systems Assist with RAG pipeline and vector database integrations Work with Python-based AI backend systems Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams Support deployment and testing of AI platforms Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworksRequired Technical Skills Experience with Python programming Basic to intermediate knowledge of Agentic AI development Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Qwen, or similar LLMs Knowledge of LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems Exposure to voice AI and conversational AI platforms Knowledge of AI image generation and video generation tools Basic understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures Familiarity with APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms Strong problem-solving and learning abilitiesRequired Experience 2–4 years of software engineering or AI development experience Experience working on AI/ML or Gen AI projects Experience with modern AI frameworks and APIs Strong willingness to learn and grow in advanced AI technologies Good communication and teamwork skillsNote: Please submit your resume along with a short note explaining why you are a strong fit and examples of AI systems you have built.at Jobs@vitelglobal.comAbout Company:VitelGlobal Communications is an Inc. 5000 recognized technology company delivering AI-powered business communication solutions across the United States and globally.
