Bilingual Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a bilingual, hands-on Warehouse Manager to fully own and run our Texas warehouse operations.This role is site-specific. You will be responsible for the TX warehouse. This is a working manager role for someone who leads from the floor, not from a desk.You are expected to own execution, accuracy, safety, and accountability within your building. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsFully manage daily warehouse operations at the TX facilityOversee shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and space utilizationEnsure accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shippingMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standardsCoordinate basic facility maintenance, vendors, and equipment upkeepBe physically present and hands-on when the operation requires itInventory & Process ControlOwn receiving, put-away, cycle counts, and inventory accuracyIdentify errors, damage, shrink, and process gaps — and fix themTrack numbers closely and understand what the data is telling youPrevent problems instead of reacting to themPeople Management & AccountabilityLead, train, and manage warehouse associatesEnforce attendance, safety rules, and company policies consistentlyHold people accountable — no tolerance for sloppy executionStep in and work alongside the team when neededRequirementsProven experience managing a warehouse operation end-to-endForklift experience and solid understanding of warehouse safetyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working with numbers, inventory data, and daily reportsReliable, consistent, and execution-drivenWilling to lead from the floor, not hide in an officeWhat This Role Is (and Is Not)✅ A true warehouse ownership role for the TX location✅ Hands-on, accountable, and execution-focused✅ Clear authority inside the building❌ Not a desk-only management job❌ Not a coordinator who escalates every issueBenefits401(k)Health insuranceDental insurancePaid time offLanguage:English (Required)Spanish (Required)
