Training Development Manager

*Best-fit background:* * 3-7+ years in a Training & Development, L&D, or Workforce Development role, ideally the majority of that inside a *manufacturing, industrial, or production environment* (metal fabrication, automotive supply chain, or similar is a strong plus given the stamping/welding domain) * Demonstrated ownership of the _full_ training lifecycle — not just delivery, but needs assessment, curriculum design, and measuring effectiveness (they'll want to see this reflected in resume bullets, not just "conducted training") * Direct experience with *safety/compliance training and recordkeeping* in a regulated shop-floor environment (OSHA-adjacent exposure is a strong signal) * Hands-on LMS or HRIS administration (Cornerstone, UKG, ADP, Paycom, etc. — worth asking the client which system they use or plan to use) * Experience coaching frontline supervisors/managers on people development, not just training hourly employees * Comfortable working multiple shifts and being visible on the floor — this is not a purely office/HQ-based L&D role * Bachelor's degree is a plus but shouldn't be a hard filter given the JD's own stated floor Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
