The successful candidate will be responsible for building and launching the non-profit banking program, managing and growing existing non-profit relationships, and driving new client acquisition within this segment. This role involves developing tailored policies, procedures, and underwriting strategies, as well as streamlining deal origination and credit approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-profit banking, with at least 10 years of experience, and be adept at working with the C-Suite to design and strategize the new team.As the Team Leader, you will also be tasked with mentoring and guiding a team of Relationship and Portfolio Managers, collaborating with Cash Management and Retail leadership, and representing the organization in the community and at industry events. The role is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a growing sector from the inside and requires a driven, entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record in non-profit banking.
