Using established formulas and batch sheets, you will accurately measure, mix, and prepare syrups that supply our bottling lines. Your work directly impacts product consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow detailed recipes, formulas, and batch instructions with precisionAccurately measure ingredients and adjust quantities for varying batch sizesOperate and maintain batching and production equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure production areas and equipment are cleaned and sanitized in compliance with FDA and GMP requirementsEvaluate syrup quality through visual inspection, texture, and taste checksMaintain complete and accurate batch records and production documentationMonitor syrup inventory, verify incoming materials, and report discrepanciesAdhere to all safety policies and contribute to a clean, organized work environmentQualifications and SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable performing measurements, basic math, and calculationsReliable work ethic and commitment to safetyAbility to follow procedures while remaining flexible and solution-orientedWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environmentHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious production, manufacturing, batching, or food/beverage experience is a plus, but not requiredJoin Our TeamIf you are looking for stable, full-time employment with excellent benefits and opportunities to grow your skills, Harrington Bottling Company would love to hear from you.
