Pyramid Healthcare is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated Drivers in York, PA, to support our amazing residential treatment center for adults facing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. This role is not just a job; it’s a rewarding opportunity to be the first point of face-to-face contact with our consumers, ensuring they receive the care they need! Schedule: 4pm-12am Starting Pay: $15/hour Responsibilities: Transport clients to and from specified regional locations Supervise clients during transport Complete housekeeping duties at assigned locations when not transporting Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided Respond to emergency situations as needed Work independently and safely Lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid driver’s license required Prior experience preferred, but not required Maintain a safe driving record Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle crisis situations and respond appropriately Professional, organized, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds Commitment to confidentiality and ethical decision-making If you're ready to make a difference and be part of a supportive team, we want to hear from you!
