Pickleball Instructor - Brown Family YMCA
Position Summary:Implements and supervises athletics program/s for the YMCA, its members and the community.Essential Functions:Represents the YMCA and maintains appropriate relationships with members, parents and youth.Instructs practices at agreed upon scheduled times and supervises at scheduled games.Promotes YMCA facilities and programs, and assists in special events when needed.Arrange for substitutes to teach scheduled classes when necessary.Manages the equipment, resources and programs of the department for delivery of the best possible programs.Upholds all safety practices in the facility.Instructs at and/or helps with summer camps, practices and clinics.Applies YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to best practices, emergency procedures, medical and disciplinary situations and child abuse prevention.Ensures the health and safety of all members/guests.Inspect physical space to ensure the safety, orderliness, sanitation and cleanliness of facilities.NOTE: This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions.
