Senior Structural EngineerA growing infrastructure organization is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to support the structural integrity, analysis, and ongoing development of a large portfolio of wireless infrastructure assets. This role will partner closely with engineering and operations leadership to oversee structural engineering initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and support complex structural analysis and modification projects.This is an onsite role based in the West Palm Beach area with minimal travel requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for structural analyses of existing wireless infrastructure assets and related structuresReview structural and foundation analyses for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable codes and standardsPerform structural evaluations of existing structures, foundations, antenna support systems, and related infrastructure to determine structural capacityConduct wind and seismic loading evaluations and determine governing design criteriaDesign and oversee complex reinforcement and modification solutions for existing structures experiencing overstress conditionsCoordinate closely with drafting and design teams to produce accurate construction and bid documentationServe as Engineer-of-Record (EOR) for signed and sealed engineering deliverablesPrepare and review engineering reports and construction documentation used for permitting and regulatory approvalsSupport engineering leadership in achieving production goals, KPI targets, and engineering process improvementsAssist with engineering workflow coordination across operations, vendors, consultants, and field crewsParticipate in defect review and due diligence efforts related to infrastructure acquisitionsStay current on industry standards, code revisions, and evolving infrastructure requirementsProvide technical guidance on engineering best practices, process improvements, and operational efficienciesRepresent the organization in industry groups, technical committees, or engineering forums as neededLeadership ResponsibilitiesSupervise, coach, and develop Design Engineers and junior engineering staffSupport onboarding, technical training, and ongoing professional development initiatives within the engineering teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline requiredMaster’s degree in Structural Engineering preferredMinimum 5 years of structural engineering experience requiredWireless infrastructure or related structural engineering industry experience strongly preferredActive Professional Engineer (PE) license requiredStructural Engineer (SE) license preferredProficiency with TNX Tower and RISA 3D software requiredAdditional experience with foundation analysis software is a plusStrong understanding of applicable engineering codes and standards including:-IBC-TIA standards (Rev H & I)-ACI-ASCE 7Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a highly cross-functional team environmentWork EnvironmentPrimarily onsite in the West Palm Beach areaMinimal travel requiredParticipation in team, departmental, and company meetings requiredThis opportunity is ideal for an experienced structural engineering professional who enjoys combining technical expertise, leadership, and operational collaboration within a fast-paced infrastructure environment.
