Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including the five-year strategic plan, quarterly forecasts, annual operating plan, and monthly reporting. This position partners closely with business operations and finance leadership to build and maintain financial models, analyze performance, and provide data-driven recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting and finance, advanced modeling capabilities, and a high degree of technical aptitude. This role leverages financial systems and analytics tools to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of FP&A processes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and maintain the five-year strategic financial plan, incorporating updates and enhancements as business needs evolveSupport the preparation and consolidation of the quarterly forecast, including detailed analysis across Centers, Corporate Businesses, and G&A functionsSupport the development and consolidation of the annual operating plan, including:Center-level P&L budgets by segmentCorporate Business and G&A functional budgetsCapital expenditure planningDesign, develop, and maintain financial models and planning processes within the Adaptive Planning applicationPrepare and distribute monthly financial reporting to field leadership, senior management, and the Board of DirectorsAnalyze financial and operational data using structured and ad-hoc reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesLeverage Adaptive Planning and related technologies to drive standardization, efficiency, cost reduction, and improved service deliveryMaintain data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Adaptive PlanningRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3+ years of experience in financial modeling and financial analysisStrong knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principlesAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power Pivot and Power Query preferredExperience working with financial systems and analytics tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or AlteryxStrong analytical skills with the ability to navigate unstructured problems and develop actionable recommendationsProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationshipsDesire to continuously grow technical skills, business knowledge, and overall impactPreferred QualificationsCPA designationExperience with Adaptive Planning, OfficeConnect, or similar FP&A toolsPayThis is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00 and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and services401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverageShort term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansParental leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leaveDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income thresholdLife Time is a place for everyone.
