At M&M, we foster a team-oriented environment where accountability, innovation, and professional development are valued.What You'll DoAs the Warehouse Manager, you will lead all receiving, outbound shipping, distribution, and logistics activities within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring finished goods are shipped accurately, on time, and in full compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in strategic planning, workforce leadership, and continuous improvement, with accountability for safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.Operational LeadershipDirect and manage all shipping and outbound logistics operations, including scheduling, carrier coordination, documentation, and dock activities.Ensure on-time delivery of finished goods in alignment with production schedules and customer commitments.Partner with Production, Inventory Control, Customer Service, and Purchasing to optimize material flow and throughput.Establish, track, and improve KPIs related to safety, delivery, accuracy, cost, and productivity.People Management & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop supervisors, leads, and hourly warehouse team members.Ensure proper staffing, labor planning, and skill coverage to meet operational demands.Conduct performance management activities including goal setting, coaching, and corrective action.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement.Safety, Compliance & QualityEnsure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other safety and transportation regulations.Promote a strong safety culture through training, enforcement of safe work practices, and incident investigations.Ensure shipping accuracy, documentation integrity, and adherence to customer, ISO, and internal quality standards.Continuous Improvement & Cost ControlIdentify and lead process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Drive reductions in freight costs, damage, rework, and operational inefficiencies while maintaining service levels.Support capital planning and layout improvements related to docks, equipment, and material handling.Systems & ReportingUtilize ERP and WMS systems to manage shipping transactions and ensure data accuracy.Analyze performance trends to support operational planning and decision-making.Prepare and present reports on shipping performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to leadership.What You'll NeedBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).7+ years of progressive experience in shipping, logistics, or distribution within a manufacturing environment.5+ years of supervisory or management experience.Strong knowledge of shipping operations, freight management, and transportation regulations.Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with regular exposure to forklifts, docks, and industrial equipment.Must be able to work flexible hours as needed to support operational demands.What You'll GainCompetitive salaried compensationComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage)401(k) with company matchingLeadership development and career growth opportunitiesThe ability to make a direct impact on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performanceA collaborative, results-driven work environmentFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
