Senior Manager, Operations

About SGBFF & The Team The Sandberg Goldberg Bernthal Family Foundation works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together through four initiatives: LeanIn.Org, LeanInGirls.Org, OptionB.Org, and the Dave Goldberg Scholarship Program. Through community, research-based content, and programs, we help women and allies build the skills, confidence, and networks they need to reach their full potential.Lean In was founded by Sheryl Sandberg to inspire and equip women to lead. What began as a bestselling book has grown into the largest community dedicated to advancing women's leadership - more than 150,000 Circles in 183 countries. And the impact is real: women in Circles are nearly twice as likely to be promoted compared to the general population. We also lead Women in the Workplace, the largest study on the state of women in corporate America, which shapes how organizations - and the world - understand where women stand at work. But progress is still too slow.
