In this position, you’ll lead strategic client relationships, guide integrated marketing programs, and help drive new business opportunities across a portfolio of nationally recognized consumer brands. Take a peek at the key details below and apply today!As Account Director, you will:Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level client stakeholdersLead integrated marketing and brand programs across multiple client accountsTranslate client goals and feedback into actionable briefs, scopes, timelines, and project plansPartner closely with creative, strategy, production, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality workIdentify opportunities to expand account engagement and drive organic business growthLead pitch efforts, including opportunity development, presentation development, and client presentationsGuide conversations around strategy, value, and long-term partnership opportunitiesManage account financials, including forecasting, budgets, profitability, and revenue trackingOversee multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring operational accuracy and delivery excellenceMentor and support junior account team members while helping build a collaborative team cultureStay informed on industry trends, marketing innovation, and emerging technologies to help shape agency capabilities and client solutionsWho we’re searching for / About you:7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or integrated marketing leadershipExperience managing large-scale consumer brand accounts in an agency environmentStrong understanding of integrated marketing, including brand, content, digital, social, and performance marketingProven ability to lead client relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environmentsStrong financial acumen, including forecasting, scoping, budgeting, and profitability managementExperience leading pitches, presenting ideas, and helping drive new business opportunitiesExceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detailExperience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and production teamsLeadership experience managing or mentoring team members is highly preferredExperience working with lifestyle, retail, sportswear, food/beverage, or culturally driven consumer brands is a plusWe know that experience is gathered in many ways.
