Job DescriptionAdult Psychiatry opening near Milwaukee - Located in Waukesha, WI - Milwaukee 15m - Full-time, permanent positionSchedule: First shift, Monday Friday with flexible hours On-call, weekend, and holiday coverage required as needed Responsibilities: Provide ECT (Electroconvulsive Therapy) and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop age-appropriate treatment plans Prescribe and manage medications and psychiatric interventions Maintain timely, legible, and accurate documentation and billing records Collaborate with therapists and serve as a medical collaborator for advanced practice nurses Participate in education programs to enhance knowledge and professional growth Qualifications: MD or DO with completion of an accredited psychiatry residency Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry (board certification preferred) Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin Experience with or interest in ECT and TMS therapies Preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and collaboration abilities Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practices Experience working in multidisciplinary teams in behavioral health settings Willingness to work in a high-paced and team-oriented environment
