Employment Litigation Associate (3+yrs)

Overview Meister Seelig & Fein PLLC is seeking an experienced employment associate (3+ years experience) to join our New York City practice.ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in defense-side employment litigation, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases.Provide counsel on employment matters such as offer letters, separation agreements, policy and contract review, and employee handbooks across multiple jurisdictions.Qualifications3+ years of experience in employment law.Admitted to practice in New York (admission to Connecticut, New Jersey, or California is a plus).Experience with employment agreements, restrictive covenants, executive compensation, plaintiff-side representation, traditional labor, and portable business is a plus, but not required.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus discretionary and origination bonus.401(k) matching and health insurance.Remote work opportunity one day per week.Equal Opportunity Employer We are an affirmative action/equal employment opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
