Plumber / HVAC Technician

Metro Maintenance offers services for residential, commercial and institutional facilities. These services include heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing and general repairs. Metro Maintenance is looking for someone who has experience working in the trades to join the team as a technician to assist with plumbing and HVAC service and installation work. The applicant must have an excellent work ethic, be motivated, must work well with others, and be able to work alone. The prospective employee should also be able to speak to customers clearly, be able to write legibly, and be trustworthy and honest. Requirements: Good work ethic/self-motivated Some experience or knowledge in the practice of plumbing and/or HVAC maintenance Good with time management Able to speak, read and write well Detail oriented Able to work well with a team Driver’s license and good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-time Salary will be based on experience and abilities.
