*Job Summary* We are seeking an Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes are conducted safely and efficiently. Operators are responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of product/material handling, equipment operation, and adherence to industry standards. *Responsibilities* - Operate and monitor producation processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. - Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or maintenance needs. - Prepare and handle various materials according to established protocols, ensuring compliance with CGMP standards. - Package finished products accurately and efficiently for distribution. - Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity. - Maintain accurate records of production processes, materials used, and any deviations from standard operating procedures. - Ensure a clean and organized work environment by following proper materials handling protocols. *Requirements* - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. - Familiarity with machining processes and warehouse operations is a plus. - Knowledge of laboratory practices and safety protocols related to chemical handling. - Bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time. - LIft 50lbs -Push 100+ lbs - Experience operating forklifts is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. - Understanding of lean manufacturing concepts is beneficial. - Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
