This role is ideal for someone with 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects, particularly within science and technology environments. We're looking for people who care about their work, support those around them, and want to grow alongside a company that's committed to developing both projects and people.What You'll Be DoingAs a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:Leading project bidding and budgeting efforts in collaboration with estimatorsCoordinating owner and architect/engineer contract documents with operations leadership and office staffDeveloping and maintaining project schedules alongside operations leadership and field teamsManaging job cost controls and financial performanceOverseeing payment applications and ensuring complianceManaging change documentation and the RFI processEnsuring quality control standards are met throughout the projectLeading project close-out and commissioning activitiesWhat We're Looking ForA valid driver's license and reliable transportationStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus experience with construction management softwareExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and confident decision-making abilitiesThe ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesA proactive problem-solver who takes ownership, works well with others, and looks for ways to improveA willingness to learn new tools and systems that help teams work smarter through lean practices
