Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Company Overview Mooyah Burgers proudly serves Certified Angus Beef Burgers, hand-cut fries and shakes. Join our team in serving our regular customers as we strive to complete orders in 7 minutes. Summary You will be responsible for running an efficient shift while helping customers at the register. This role is essential in supporting our mission of providing a positive experience for all customers. Responsibilities Create a lasting impression with fun interactions, order taking and meal delivery accuracy Ensure all food safety guidelines are strictly followed during meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Assist in inventory management. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving. Participate in training sessions on culinary techniques and food safety practices. Qualifications Understands and demonstrates knowledge of preparing food efficiently, accurately on grill and fryer, shakes and fries Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to prepare meals efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Familiarity with kitchen equipment including dismantling and cleaning lemonade unit, coke unit, iced tea unit, shake machine, pos related etc. We have an open kitchen experience so it’s fun and it’s loud with lots of team communication.
