Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care (IMCU)Location: Utica, NYJob Type: ContractShift & Schedule: Days (6:30 AM -7:00 PM) | Block Scheduling Not Guaranteed | Floating Required: YesPosition Overview:Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Intermediate Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Utica, NY.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care in IMCU settingManage neuro, cardiac, trauma, and respiratory patientsCare for conditions including COPD, DKA, sepsis, MI, CV stepdown, and post-op casesMonitor and manage chronic ventilated patients with RT supportOperate and manage specialty equipment (temp pacer, chest tubes, A-lines, BiPAP, Neptune Vapo)Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical documentationAdminister medications and monitor patient responsesFloat to other units as requiredEnsure safe and effective patient care deliveryMaintain accurate EPIC EMR documentationRequirements:Minimum 2+ years IMCU/PCU experience requiredActive New York RN license (ALL RN licenses must be verified via NURSYS)Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS requiredEPIC EMR experience requiredUpdated resume must include travel experienceSkills checklist required matching specialtyDriver's license must match demographic addressRTO must be included at time of submissionAbility to care for adult patient population (18+)Comfortable working in high-acuity environment with floating requirementFor more details reach at mdeshpande@navitashealth.com
