Digital Marketing Specialist
Our client, a growing name in the fashion space is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager/Coordinator (social and ecommerce). This is a freelance position for 3 months (40 hours a week) with potential to extend for the right person. Hybrid onsite but remote flexible for the right candidate. This role will support and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives across social media, CRM, ecommerce, and broader digital channels. This individual will play a key role in helping drive customer engagement, brand awareness, and digital performance through thoughtful execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing efforts.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing, with experience supporting social media, email/CRM, ecommerce, and customer engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of digital marketing initiatives across social media, CRM/email marketing, ecommerce, and broader marketing channels.Assist in managing day-to-day social media efforts, including content coordination, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and ensure alignment across email, ecommerce, social, and paid marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, and digital metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Help maintain CRM and lifecycle marketing efforts, supporting customer communication, retention, and engagement initiatives.Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support marketing execution and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.Assist with ecommerce marketing efforts, including promotional calendars, product launches, site updates, and customer-facing campaigns.Identify opportunities to improve digital performance and customer experience through ongoing testing, reporting, and optimization.Support the creation of marketing recaps, reporting, and presentations for internal stakeholders.Qualifications3–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, CRM, ecommerce, or integrated marketing.Strong understanding of social media platforms, email/CRM marketing, and digital marketing best practices.Experience supporting digital campaigns and analyzing performance metrics.Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.Strong communication skills and a proactive, execution-focused mindset.Fashion, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience required.
