Crayola believes our workforce benefits from a broad spectrum of diverse ideas and perspectives which enables us to understand our consumers better.SR SAP Analyst PP/MM/WM, Full Time, Hybrid, Easton, PA General SummarySr. SAP Systems Analyst – PP/MM/WM is responsible for the support, configuration, and continuous improvement of SAP Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM) modules within a discrete manufacturing environment.This role has primary ownership of SAP Warehouse Management, including end to end warehouse execution, RF scanner functionality, barcode and Zebra printing solutions, and integration with PP and MM. The position requires strong business process analysis skills, the ability to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions, and the capability to provide subject matter expertise to business users to optimize manufacturing and warehouse operations. Experience supporting SAP ECC environments with future readiness for SAP EWM is preferred.Principal Duties & ResponsibilitiesSAP Production Support & ConfigurationProvide production support for SAP PP, MM, and WM modulesConfigure and maintain SAP PP, MM, and WM based on business requirementsAnalyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement long‑term solutionsWarehouse Management (Primary Focus)Own and support end‑to‑end SAP WM warehouse processes, including:Inbound processing, putaway, and quality stagingInternal warehouse movements and replenishmentProduction staging and PP–WM integrationPicking, packing, goods issue, and outbound processingConfigure SAP WM components including storage types, sections, bins, and strategiesManage Transfer Requirements (TR) and Transfer Orders (TO) processingRF, Barcode & Printing SolutionsMaintain and enhance SAP WM RF scanner functionalitySupport Zebra desktop and mobile printing integrated with SAP WM and MMOwn barcode labeling solutions across warehouse and production operationsBusiness Process & IntegrationWork with business users to define as‑is processes and design to‑be solutionsIdentify functional gaps and recommend system‑enabled process improvementsCollaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure end‑to‑end integrationWork with technical (ABAP) teams to design and implement enhancementsTraining & Knowledge TransferDevelop functional documentation and training materialsConduct end‑user training for PP, MM, and WM processesFunctional/Technical SpecificationsProduction Planning (PP)Master data: Material Master, Bills of Materials, Work Centers, RoutingsDemand Management and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Shop Floor Control and Capacity Requirements PlanningKANBAN processesMaterials Management (MM)Master data: Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing Info Records, Source ListsPurchase Order processingInventory ManagementInvoice VerificationEDI / IDoc knowledge including (but not limited to): CREMAS, ORDERS, INVOICWarehouse Management (WM)SAP ECC WM master data and configurationStorage types, storage bins, and bin determinationPutaway, picking, and replenishment strategiesTR and TO processingRF framework support for warehouse executionBarcode scanning and Zebra printing solutionsPhysical inventory and WM–IM reconciliationSAP EWM exposure or implementation experience is an added advantageIn accordance with the NIST CSF and Hallmark Standards, ensure adherence to policies and processes to remain in compliance for maintenance, security continuous monitoring and recovery areas including Asset Management, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Vulnerability & Patch Management, Data Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.Job SpecificationsEducation & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of SAP ECC experienceMinimum 7 years of SAP PP functional experienceMinimum 4 years of SAP MM and SAP WM functional experienceSAP EWM Experience PreferredBachelor’s degree preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of discrete manufacturing and warehouse operationsProven experience supporting RF scanners and Zebra printing solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work on multiple initiatives simultaneouslyPhysical ConditionsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
