Rate:$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)***Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are seeking a Service Technician I for our 447-unit apartment community conveniently located in North Dallas!  As Service Technician I, you will turn vacant units into beautiful apartments, preparing them for new residents to call home. You will also be responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Apply now! RequirementsAt least 6 months of previous maintenance experience on an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residencesMust meet all physical requirements and be able to take directionAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsMust be able to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environmentBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. ResponsibilitiesPerforming minor repairs and maintenanceCompleting a duties checklist to ensure vacant apartments are move-in readyWalking the property grounds and common areas as well as picking up trash and debrisPerforming any additional duties assigned by both the Community Manager and/or Service SupervisorWe offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment.
