Stucco Worker

Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Stucco Worker to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying stucco finishes to a variety of building exteriors and interiors, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments. Your expertise in various construction techniques will help us deliver exceptional results on every project. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure optimal adhesion of stucco materials Mix and apply stucco mixes according to project specifications, using hand tools and power tools efficiently Install metal lath or wire mesh for reinforcement before applying stucco layers Use blueprint reading and schematics to accurately follow design plans and specifications Perform rebar installation, framing, and metal stud framing as needed for structural support Conduct concrete finishing, plastering, and restoration work to achieve smooth, textured, or decorative surfaces Operate heavy equipment and scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and roofing techniques to complete exterior finishes seamlessly Collaborate with team members on masonry, tile laying, and hardscape projects to ensure cohesive craftsmanship Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Proficiency in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and plastering techniques Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading Skilled in rebar installation, metal stud framing, welding, and tile laying Experience with hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, and levels; familiar with power tools including drills and saws Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites Expertise in masonry work, restoration projects, and renovation procedures Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings for precise project execution Excellent understanding of construction site safety standards and protocols Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and interpreting technical instructions Ability to adapt quickly to different project requirements while maintaining high-quality standards Join us if you’re passionate about craftsmanship in construction!
