Regional Mitigation Manager
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven and experienced Mitigation Operations Manager to lead our Billings mitigation division. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of water, fire, and mold mitigation services, managing field teams, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.This is a leadership position that requires strong operational oversight, customer communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be hands-on when needed, while also leading, training, and holding the mitigation team accountable.This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to respond to emergency service needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and oversee the mitigation team, including technicians and crew leadsCoordinate and manage all mitigation jobs from initial loss through completionEnsure quality control across all projects and maintain high customer satisfactionServe as the main point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and clientsWrite and manage job estimates, documentation, and job files using restoration softwareOversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation for mitigation projectsEnsure all jobs are properly documented, invoiced, and compliant with company standardsMonitor and manage equipment usage, maintenance, and inventoryTrain, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and efficiencyEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and standardsRespond to emergency mitigation calls as part of the on-call rotationStep into the field when necessary to support crews and ensure job successQualifications3–5+ years of experience in water, fire, and mold mitigationProven leadership or management experience in the restoration industryStrong knowledge of drying techniques, equipment, and mitigation processesExperience working with insurance adjusters and handling claims documentationProficient in restoration software (e.g., Xactimate, DASH, or similar)Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environmentPhysical ability to perform field work when neededPreferred CertificationsIICRC Certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, etc.)Experience with large-loss or commercial mitigation projectsWhat We OfferCompetitive salary (based on experience)Paid time offCareer growth opportunities within a growing companyLeadership role with autonomy and impactBenefits:Opportunities for advancementPaid time offWork Location: In person
