Restaurant General ManagerHachi Sushi – Loves Park, ILPay: $75,000–$80,000 per year + Performance Bonuses Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: In Person – Loves Park, ILAbout the PositionHachi Sushi is seeking an experienced, responsible, and hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Japanese restaurant.We are looking for a strong leader who can take ownership of restaurant operations, build and manage a reliable team, maintain excellent customer service, control labor and food costs, reduce waste, solve problems independently, and help grow the business.This is not simply a shift supervisor position. We are looking for a General Manager who can learn our restaurant's systems and standards and gradually take full responsibility for normal day-to-day operations.Ownership will provide training, guidance, and support during the initial transition period.
