Adversary Network Intelligence AnalystQuantico/Stafford, VA, USFull-timeRole DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Adversary Network Intelligence Analyst to support a USMC team. In this role, you will apply specialized SIGINT and all-source network intelligence techniques to analyze, map, and evaluate foreign communications and adversary IT infrastructure. Your work will directly support tactical Marine Corps planners, defensive cyber teams, and strategic operations.ResponsibilitiesAdversary Network Mapping: Reconstruct complex and fragmented target networks and characterize logical and physical topologies, IP assets, domains, cloud services, and command-and-control (C2) nodes using diverse intelligence sources.Vulnerability & Vector Identification: Identify ingress points, vulnerable interface nodes, and structural weaknesses across hardware, modems, fiber-optic, and satellite communications. Evaluate adversary OPSEC practices and evasion tactics.Multi-Source Intelligence Fusion: Correlate technical network telemetry with all-source intelligence, including OSINT, SIGINT-derived insights, and malware reporting, to develop comprehensive assessments of adversary capabilities, intent, and infrastructure lifecycles.C2 & Threat Profiling: Analyze foreign C2 systems, organizational structures, and operational doctrine to help command elements understand and anticipate how adversary leadership communicates tactical directives.Finished Intelligence Production: Produce timely and accurate intelligence products, including technical assessments, briefings, network diagrams, and threat reports tailored to intelligence officers, tactical planners, and strategic leadership.Operational & Tradecraft Support: Collaborate with cyber operators and collection managers to support targeting, disruption efforts, and collection refinement. Contribute to analytical methodologies, tradecraft, and tools for large-scale network analysis.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of related experience in DoD/IC network analysis or cyber threat intelligence. An additional 2 years of experience may substitute for the degree.Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including the OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, cloud infrastructure, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.Demonstrated ability to perform structured intelligence analysis, including link analysis and pattern recognition, in accordance with Intelligence Community Analytic Standards.Practical experience with technical research tools such as passive DNS, certificate transparency, WHOIS/RDAP, and network visualization platforms.Preferred QualificationsDeep knowledge of foreign C2 systems, military communications doctrines, and infrastructure associated with specific intrusion sets or campaigns.Working knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for automating data enrichment and parsing large metadata sets.Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and experience supporting collection management, threat hunting, or disruption operations.Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, A+, ITF, GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI), or Certified Threat Intelligence Analyst (CTIA).Clearance RequirementsMust possess a current and active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.Physical RequirementsMust be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the time.May occasionally need to move around the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, and other materials.
