This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to build a culture of excellence.What You’ll Do:As Production Manager, you will oversee production operations to ensure outstanding customer service while meeting plant efficiency, safety, quality, and environmental standards.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and reliable executionPlan, schedule, and coordinate plant production activities—including shipping and receiving—to meet customer needs without compromising efficiencyTranslate customer requirements into executable production plansSupport and embody the company’s Mission and Values in daily operationsImplement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standardsCollaborate with plant leadership to maintain safety, quality, and environmental complianceLead and develop a high-performing production team focused on safety and key performance indicators (KPIs)Participate in and at times lead problem-solving efforts to improve production performance and reduce inefficienciesAnalyze KPIs and present findings, trends, and improvement strategies during operational meetingsCoach, mentor, and guide team leads and supervisors to promote safe, efficient, and consistent operationsParticipate in employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development at all levels of productionSupport fair and consistent performance evaluations and disciplinary actionsFoster a culture of accountability, respect, teamwork, and employee engagementPerform other duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operationsPrior leadership experience in a production or operations roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); AS400 experience is a plusKnowledge of the automotive industry and quality systems such as TS16949 and ISO 14001 preferredHighly motivated, results-driven leader with a positive, collaborative approachStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and with customersWhy Join Us:Benefits begin on your first day of employmentCompetitive compensation and growth opportunitiesA leadership role with direct impact on operational successA stable, growth-oriented company with long-term career pathsA workplace culture built on safety, respect, accountability, and continuous improvement
