Full Stack Developer

We're working with an innovative IT solutions provider that specialises in delivering comprehensive services to federal agencies, focusing on critical areas like IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, software integration, and data solutions.The Role Develop and maintain the human-in-the-loop surface of a GenAI IDP platform, including the React/Next.js UI and backing API/BFF services. Own the vertical slice from React components through the SSE event pipeline to the backend routes. Support GenAI IDP engagement milestones by building user interfaces for document processing workflows. Integrate with customer identity providers, monitoring tools, and deployment pipelines. Diagnose defects across the full stack, utilising logs and traces for evidence. Operate within DCSA classified environments, adhering to DoD security baselines.What You'll Need 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship). Experience building production web applications with TypeScript and a modern React framework (React/Next.js). Proven ability to build and operate backend services or APIs consumed by a frontend. Experience with real-time or streaming interfaces (Server-Sent Events, WebSockets, or similar). Expertise in automated testing at unit and end-to-end levels (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
