Joining means being at the forefront of delivering innovative energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across disciplinesCoordinate directly with clients on project changes in partnership with the Project ManagerReview and coordinate engineering work, serving as engineer of record when requiredBuild strong working relationships with project leadership, design teams, and support staffTranslate client interests into actionable strategies for project deliverySupport business development and pursuit activitiesTravel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetingsMentor and guide team members while ensuring compliance with quality programs and industry standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing EPC or design services overhead transmission line projects for U.S. investor-owned utilities8+ years of experience in high-voltage overhead transmission line design, including PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, foundation design, and full project lifecycleStrong communication skills with an interest in client engagement and relationship buildingAdvanced knowledge of engineering principles, design guides, and applicable standardsExperience coordinating interdisciplinary project elements: procurement, subcontract administration, permitting, real estate/land acquisition, and construction supportFamiliarity with proposal development and engineering estimatesP.E. license highly preferredMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering from an accredited programMinimum of 8 years of related work experienceAbility to meet pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR search, as applicable)Certifications
