Contract Description:Strong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in Maximo solution architecture and designAbility to work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirementsStrong planning, estimation, and scheduling capabilitiesExcellent communication skills to lead client teams effectivelyQualifications:Extensive experience as a Senior Architect, preferably with IBM Maximo solutionsProven experience leading and managing architecture or design teamsStrong background in solution design, build planning, and deliveryExperience working directly with business and client stakeholdersAbility to lead cross‑functional teams across client organizations
