Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on civil and site preparation. This is a full-lifecycle leadership role covering preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of field-tested project management experience, an analytical mindset, and the organizational discipline to deliver projects on time and within budget.Salary Range $125,000 +ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineers, architects, and owners to define project scope and specificationsPlan and oversee all construction operations from mobilization through closeoutLead civil and site prep operations including grading, utilities, and earthworkNegotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors to secure competitive termsObtain all required permits, licenses, and regulatory approvalsManage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement pipelinesBuild and maintain detailed construction schedules with defined milestonesSupervise field crews, trade contractors, and laborers; provide direction as neededMonitor material inventory and proactively address supply chain risksPrepare progress reports, cost analyses, and schedule updates for stakeholdersEnforce OSHA compliance and uphold all health and safety standards on siteRequirements8 + years of construction project management experience (required)8 + years of commercial construction experience (preferred)3 + years of estimating experience (preferred)In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principlesStrong knowledge of quality, health, and safety standardsProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling softwareFamiliarity with construction management platforms (Procore, PlanGrid, or similar)Outstanding communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsProven team leadership in multidisciplinary construction environmentsPMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plusBenefits & CompensationCompetitive salary commensurate with experiencePaid time offCompany truckFuel cardCell phone reimbursementScheduleMonday–FridayWeekends as neededWork LocationIn person
