Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.How you'll make an impact in this roleLead rapid clinical assessments to stabilize patients in critical condition, ensuring immediate and accurate intervention during medical emergencies.Prioritize patient care through expert triage, managing a high-volume environment by identifying and treating the most urgent needs first.Collaborate with the multidisciplinary trauma team to execute complex treatment plans and life-saving procedures under high-pressure conditions.Support patients and families with clear communication, providing compassionate guidance and education during their most vulnerable moments.Maintain a high-reliability safety culture by vigilantly monitoring patient status and double-checking high-risk medications to ensure zero-harm outcomes.What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:Required Credential(s):Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Preferred Credential(s):* Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
