Landscape Maintenance Foreman

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Foreman to run our landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance including lawn care, spring/fall cleanups. As a Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for running a team, maintaining outdoor spaces, and ensuring the overall appearance of the property. *Must have a clean driver's license* **Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of maintenance workers in landscaping and groundskeeping tasks - Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, and outdoor areas - Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools - Coordinate with management to plan and execute landscaping projects - Inspect outdoor areas regularly to identify issues and address them promptly **Experience:** - Proven experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping - Strong leadership skills to effectively run a team - Experience in overseeing landscape projects from start to finish - Familiarity with groundskeeping equipment and tools This position offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
