In this role, you'll be stationed full-time at the client site to troubleshoot complex systems, optimize our deployed AI platform, and ensure seamless technical delivery and ongoing stability. You'll help strengthen customer trust and accelerate value realization across our healthcare implementations.This role is remote and based in Chicago, IL, and requires U.S. work authorization.
