SVP Financial Accounting and Reporting

A leading global asset manager based in New York is seeking an SVP for their Financial Accounting and Reporting team.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, coordination, preparation/review and timely reporting of:Audited financial statements (Fund s and SPV s) in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS and other standardsregulatory reporting and filing including SEC Form PF and Annex IVFund NAV s, profit allocation, expense analysis and portfolio PNLFund launch and Investor onboardingAnalyze, review and recommend accounting policies within fixed incomeReport, and collaborate with Senior members of the team regarding accounting treatment for various investments and strategiesMaintain appropriate supporting documentation and an effective internal control environment.Perform other duties as neededQualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in accounting with a CPA10+ years experience in the finance industryA solid understanding of US GAAP for investment companiesReference # 500240
