Lead / Sr. Privacy Business AnalystOpening for a Lead / Sr. Privacy Business Analyst: Leading requirements gathering/documentation for DSAR / data privacy (CA & VA SPI / PII, CT, CO, UT, etc) + data mapping process drawings (Visio). We are looking for a qualified Senior Privacy BusinessAnalyst needed to support Privacy Operations, so they can work across Business and Technology teams that process SPI (Sensitive Personal Information) and PII (Personal Identifiable Information) used by us and our partners. The understanding of our processes, applications & systems will be a key objective of this role. In addition, this role will need to comply and align with the evolving US Data Privacy requirements for Privacy Operations, such as data mapping, policies, DSAR operations, consulting, business requirement documentation, web-compliance, training, reporting, auditing, and projects that support our Data Privacy initiatives. This role will have a focus on the Mapping PII data and be a key part of our Privacy Operations team.Qualifications:Senior level status and experience5 years of Data Privacy experience with 3 years of leading Data Privacy OperationsExpert experience in existing US Data Privacy Laws and RegulationsSenior Level Business Analyst skillsExpert documentation skills that include:SOPsExpert experience in Data Mapping & Process Design drawings (in Visio)Intermediate experience with Data and System Architecture and PracticesExperience with Web Privacy and Compliance (Jira / Confluence is a plus)General Data Governance & Management experienceHigh understanding of:JIRA/ConfluenceMS Office 365, (intermediate)Excel (Advanced)Visio (intermediate)Web-CompliancePower BI (super helpful to present statistics)DatabasesAPI'sData Privacy Tools (right now we are using Excel & Visio, but would love someone to help us build the path towards enterprise off-the-shelf data privacy tools)Clear and Articulate Communication Skills with an emphasis on the English languageAbility to mesh with the corporate culture.Self-MotivatedBusiness FacingPassion for Privacy!Access will be provided on your personal equipment (VPN)Work from home reqs:Strong and reliable internetQuality video cameraQuality microphone and speakerPC/Laptop - connecting to VDI (Virtual Desktop Instance) may be requiredMobile Phone - used for security MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) is required, (only use)Computer Peripheral devicesLocation to perform the contracted duties without interruption and without interruption or delay of other staffing.
