They are looking for an Architect to support the planning and design of single-family and multi-family residential developments.This role focuses on ensuring architectural designs align with zoning regulations, building codes, and project timelines while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to deliver high-quality residential projects.Architect Responsibilities:Plan and design residential projects, including single-family and multi-family homes.Define project scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.Collaborate with internal teams on design specifications, materials, and construction details.Prepare architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.Coordinate with departments and external consultants to support project timelines and quality.Maintain professionalism and ethical standards to ensure client satisfaction and project success.Architect Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture with at least 3 years of experience in residential construction or an architectural firm.Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office; experience with SketchUp is a plus.Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and design standards.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.Company Benefits:Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k + matchEmployee stock purchase plan available.Paid time-off and holidaysCompensation: $100K - $110K + bonus
