Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer/Editor to join our team.Location: REMOTEHours: Part-time ( 10-25) hours a weekOpenings : 2ResponsibilitiesEdit and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, factory acceptance test procedures, operating procedures, and training materials.Edit a structure from a 3D model in collaboration with engineers, designers, and field personnel to gather technical information and ensure accuracy in documentation.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards in all documentation.Qualifications3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer- Editor in the Oil & Gas (offshore) environment.Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft SuiteExperience with editing and creating 3D modelsKnowledge of oil & gas equipment, pressure control systems, or mechanical engineering is highly desirable.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.For additional information, contact Carolyn at (985) 603-1770 orPay Range:The pay range for this position is $38-$48 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
