What We’re Looking For: Serve as a 1:1 interventionist for children with Autism. Implement treatment plans and support skill development. Participate in training and group meetings. Bring enthusiasm, energy, and passion for helping children reach their potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with children with behavior challenges. Degree in psychology, ABA, or education preferred, but not required. Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license. Availability: Please note this is a tentative schedule, Monday- 3:00 PM - 5:45PM Tuesday- 3:00 PM - 5:45PM Wednesday- 3:00 PM - 5:45PM Thursday- 3:00 PM - 5:45PM Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (Premium Kaiser Permanente Plan) SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan with 3% company match Requirements: High School Diploma (Required) Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation Spanish speakers preferred, but not required.
