The SLP will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing personalized therapy plans, and providing evidence-based interventions. The SLP will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support clients in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.QualificationsExpertise in Speech Therapy and proficiency in evaluating and improving speech and communication skillsKnowledge and experience in managing Early Intervention populationUnderstanding and treatment of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across diverse populationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teamsMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and licensure to practice in California
