As an Outside Sales Representative (OSR) with Badger, you will manage a territory with both established customers and untapped potential. You will spend your time in the field meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and closing business. This is a commission-eligible role with significant earning potential. First-year compensation is highly competitive and varies based on experience, performance, and market factors.
