Overview We are seeking a Business Analyst (Implementation & Solutions) to join our growing team and help transform the way capital programs and construction projects are managed. In this client-facing role, you will partner with organizations to understand their business needs, configure and implement technology solutions, and ensure successful adoption. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys blending business analysis, solution implementation, and consulting, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Location and Work Authorization Candidates must currently reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel depending on project needs. While we welcome candidates from anywhere in the U.S., projects may require occasional meetings outside your local time zone. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Client Engagement Partner with clients to understand business needs, objectives, and technical requirements. Lead and support workshops to gather requirements, map current and future business processes, and identify gaps. Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate client discussions to align on solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts as needed. Solution Design & Implementation Collaborate with senior staff to design tailored solutions that meet client objectives. Configure and implement solutions based on documentation and client requirements. Draft and maintain implementation materials, including process maps, design documents, test scripts, and training content. Support data migration, integrations, and reporting initiatives where applicable. Training, Support & Delivery Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of new systems. Provide ongoing project lifecycle support, troubleshooting, and optimization. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Continuous Learning & Improvement Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and the technologies we implement. Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, IT, Computer Science, Construction Management, or 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven success in client-facing roles. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel up to 50% based on project and workload demands. Preferred Skills Experience with PMIS platforms (Kahua, e-Builder, Unifier) strongly preferred. Exposure to data migration, system integrations, or BI/reporting tools. Familiarity with Kaizen principles. Experience in public sector capital programs or large-scale infrastructure projects. Experience working with Kahua’s kBuilder platform a plus.
