OTC (Officer Training Course) Distance Learning SEW SME

Job Description This position will be responsible for SEW-related content conversion, instruction, course development and maintenance in accordance with ISD principles. Develop lesson plans, instructional aids, syllabi, visual presentations, student materials, grading rubrics, and capstone exercises.This position shall plan, manage, develop, deploy, and sustain a fully asynchronous, distance learning version of the Officer Training Course (OTC-DL) for the 319 CTSRequired ExperienceEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for SEW-related content conversion, instruction, course development and maintenanceInterface with internal and external SEW agencies as required to update and maintain SEW-based training materialsCoordinate instructional activities with the contract task lead and government personnelAdditional duties as assignedOn-site - minimal teleworkExperience RequiredMinimum three (3) years of experience in curriculum development and classroom instruction3 years of experience in curriculum/lesson development and instructionActive Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility Additional SkillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team.Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, accurately meet deadlines, deliver quality results, present a professional demeanor and work well independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.Working knowledge of instructional design skills (ADDIE) and adult learning theories in all phases of instructional design, and ability to apply it to work assignments is preferred.Education/CertificationEducation Required:Bachelor's degree or 6 years of experience in related fieldSecurity Clearance Applicant must hold a TS//SCI clearance to be eligible.In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.EEO employer** Position is contingent upon contract award**Keyword: OTC (Officer Training Course) Distance Learning SEW SME
