Findlay, OHOn-Site Freudenberg-NOK General PartnershipYou support our team as Maintenance Journeyman Responsibilities Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issuesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and electrical diagramsDiagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective repairsInstall, modify, and upgrade machinery and facility systems as requiredSupport equipment start-ups, changeovers, and continuous improvement initiativesFollow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental proceduresAccurately document maintenance activities in the CMMS or ERP systemWork collaboratively with production, engineering, and maintenance team membersSupport emergency and off-shift maintenance needs as requiredQualifications Journeyman certification or equivalent combination of training and experienceHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferredMinimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systemsAbility to troubleshoot independently and make sound technical decisionsFamiliarity with PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and automation systemsAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers’ needs and expectations.
