Seeking experienced attorney to work on a variety of issues under the federal securities laws, including Investment Company Act status issues and opinions; broker-dealer and investment adviser status issues; counselling regarding broker-dealer and investment adviser registration and compliance; and setup of alternative investment platforms.Much of the work will be with technology and early-stage companies.
