Drilling Services OperatorPosition at Florence CopperJob DescriptionReports to: Drilling Superintendent - Location: Florence, AZOverview: Reporting to the Drilling Superintendent, the Drilling Services Operator will complete services associated in support of drilling operations and assist with various activities as necessary.Responsibilities:Move supplies and operate equipment in support of ongoing drilling operations.Support drilling operations while maintaining a safe work environment and follow all standards, policies and procedures, including OSHA standards.Perform routine maintenance, minor repairs and troubleshoot on drill services equipment to ensure optimal performance.Utilize mobile equipment including a water truck, vacuum truck, telehandler, and other commercial vehicles and equipment as needed.Coordinate activities with other team members effectively.Experience:Proficiency in rig operations and maintenance.Experience in heavy equipment operations including water trucks, vac trucks and telehandlers.Mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting repairs.Work Environment:Lifting and carrying large (50+ lbs) tools and equipment independently.Working in various weather conditions for long periods of time.Must work in compliance with the Florence Copper's site Health and Safety program.Must have a valid Driver's License, CDL is a plus.Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and background check.
