Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Legal Secretary/Assistant to join our team in Long Valley, NJ. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys and Paralegal while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings Maintain and organize client files and legal records Answer and direct phone calls and emails Schedule meetings Ensure confidentiality of sensitive Contract and client information Transcribe dictationEnsuring all Legal documentation related to a project has been receivedInteraction with Project Management & Sales regarding ongoing projectsQualificationsPrevious experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or administrative professional preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively Professional demeanor and attention to detail Knowledge of legal terminology is preferred
