Must have the ability to adjust to new industry techniques and become familiar with new equipment as requiredEPA 608 Universal Certification required with in 1 year of startingBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsMust be able to effectively communicate with residents and staffPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
